This data collection concerns all travelers listed on the booking confirmation (registration form). You guarantee that all individuals listed on the contract have given their consent.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE DATA THAT MAY BE COLLECTED?

The data collected and processed by Fundis'Africa is used for the following purposes:

  • to provide detailed answers to questions submitted via the contact form,
  • to send you information and contact you, including by email,
  • arrange initial contact meetings to organize your safari,
  • booking the stay and ensuring the proper execution of the booked travel services,
  • accounting and financial management of orders (invoicing, payment),

The data collected during browsing on the Site is processed based on Fundis'Africa's legitimate interest, namely to analyze user behavior on the Site and improve its security and functionality. The data collected when using the contact form and the appointment booking form is processed based on the User's consent. The data collected when booking your safari is processed based on the performance of the contract between Fundis'Africa and the User.

HOW LONG IS THE DATA KEPT?


The data collected during your browsing on our Site is kept for a reasonable period necessary for the proper administration of the Site and for a maximum of 12 months, or until the withdrawal of consent of the persons concerned.

The data collected through the contact form and the appointment booking form is kept for the time necessary to process your request, and then for 3 years for marketing purposes. In addition, your data may be archived for evidentiary purposes for a period of 5 years. The data collected in connection with your safari booking is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship plus an additional 3 years from its termination. After these periods, Fundis'Africa will archive this data and retain it for as long as its liability may be invoked. At the end of this retention period, Fundis'Africa undertakes to permanently delete the data of the individuals concerned.

Fundis'Africa is the data controller of your personal data. As part of the tools we use, your data may be transferred outside the European Union.
